Zepf Center was established in 1975 in Toledo, OH, to assist patients transitioning from the psychiatric hospital to community. While specializing in mental health, addiction treatment, and vocational services their strength lies in their focus on treating the entire person and addressing the many chronic conditions they are might be faced faced with daily, whether mental or physical. Through partnerships and service expansion they have developed an integrated care model for treatment, involving mental health services, treatment for drug and alcohol addiction, and medical providers. With a co-located FQHC medical clinic, dental care, care coordination, prevention programs, a wellness center for staff and patients, a benefits eligibility specialist, recovery housing, vocational programs, group homes, and social programs, Zepf Center is uniquely able to provide access to a full continuum of treatment and services, increasing access to treatment, improving overall health, and improving quality of life in an innovative, customer focused, and cost effective manner.
