Anaesthesiology – One Subject – A Broad Variety of Tasks
Clinicians within the Department of Anaesthesiology at the University Hospital Erlangen are involved in a broad variety of different and exciting tasks, from acute to chronic treatment of patients in a traditional hospital setting and also on board repatriation flights from abroad. Research is underway in both the basic arena and in clinical applications of new and innovative anaesthetic drugs like Remimazolam. And finally, both clinicians and researchers are deeply committed to the training of students to prepare the next generation of anesthesiologists in the years to come.
